Login to your personal myIndici Patient Portal to manage appointments, order your regular medications, and view all your test results and reports

Book online using the patient portal – find a time and date that works for you. An appointment lasts for 15 minutes and is suitable to discuss one or two issues; if you have more questions, please book a double appointment.

Order your regular medications in the patient portal then either pick them up from your pharmacy or the clinic. Repeat prescriptions are at GP discretion, usually requiring an in-person consultation every 6 months to check the dosage.

Our doctors review all lab results and we’ll call you if there’s anything abnormal or of concern. You won’t hear from us if the result is normal. You can check all your results, and compare them with past results, in your Patient Portal.

You will find copies of specialist correspondence in your patient portal. This may include letters from a hospital visit or private clinic treatment. Please note this is not a complete set of your health information.

  • Add your personal details.

    You will also need to enter your NHI (National Health Index) number. You can find it on any correspondence from us, or give us a call or email us info@ormistonmedical.co.nz and we can find it for you. 
  • Download the app.
    Once you’re signed up, get the app on your phone from the App Store or Google Play to access your patient portal from your phone.
