We’re proud to have a friendly team of multicultural doctors, registered nurses and helpful admin staff. You can choose one of our outstanding general practitioners – if you would prefer a female doctor, a Chinese doctor, or a doctor who speaks your language, we can help. Between them, our team speaks 8 different languages and we’re always here to listen.

General Practitioner
Fluent in English, Mandarin, Cantonese and Hokkien. Dr John Ng graduated from National University of Singapore with MBBS in 1983.
General Practitioner
Fluent in English, Cantonese, Mandarin, and various dialects. Dr Anthony Yau has a MB ChB 1979 from Sheffield. He had set up his solo GP practice at Highgate 26 years ago.
General Practitioner
Fluent in English. Dr D'Cruze has a Diploma in Child Health. MBBS, MD (Germany), DCH (Ireland). A highly experienced GP and urgent care doctor. A Fellow of RNZCGP.
General Practitioner
Fluent in English and Mandarin. Dr Wei Yang is a graduate of Dalian Medical University, and is working on her RNZCGP Fellowship.
General Practitioner
Fluent in English and Mandarin. Dr Mary Hung holds an MBChB; Postgraduate Diploma in Medical Science in Obstetrics and Gynaecology.
Fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese. Maggie has a Bachelors degree in Nursing. She has been a nurse with East Health for 20 years.
Fluent in English and Hindi. Rashika has a Bachelors degree in Nursing, Manukau Insititute of Technology.
Group Clinical Director
Fluent in English and Norwegian. Dr Daniel Calder has graduated from the University of Edinburgh in 2008. MBCHB, BSC (HONS) DIP DERM, FRNZCGP.
Group Nursing Director
Fluent in English. Colleen has a Bachelor of Health Science (Nursing) and is trained in clinical education with a postgraduate long term condition management.

Accounts Administrator
Fluent in English, Hindi and Gujarati. Shweta is passionate about healthcare and for the past seven years has worked in Customer Service before moving into an Accounts Administrator role.
Group Manager
Trained in Leadership and management. Lucy leads Practice Services for Ormiston Medical. She has a Diploma in Physiotherapy from the University of Otago.
Service Coordinator
Kris speaks English. He has extensive experience managing teams in change control and IT team management. Kris has a degree in ITIL V3 2011, MPMAANZ.
Patient Services
Fluent in English, Mandarin, Cantonese, Teochew and Malay. Annette is qualified in General Nursing (SRN) and Midwifery (SCM). She has worked in the UK and Malaysia.
Medical Centre Assistant
Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin. Candy has a Dip Bus (Marketing), and a Certificate of Business Administration (Medical).
Customer Service
Fluent in English, Mandarin, Malay, Cantonese, Hokkien and Foochow. Katherine has been in customer service for primary health care for 15 years in Malaysia and New Zealand.
Customer Service
Fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese. Kelly Chen was born in Hong Kong and raised in Auckland. She is an experienced customer service provider.
Customer Service
Fluent in English, Mandarin, Cantonese, Hakka and Malay. Sally has extensive people focused experience from careers in New Zealand and Malaysia.
Customer Service
Fluent in English, Mandarin, Cantonese, Malay and Hokkien. Yian Huei Low moved from Malaysia to New Zealand in 2016 and has a background in customer service.
